Leadership

Jeannette has been stay at home mom for 22 years. She resides in Norwich with her husband and 7 children. Her husband owns a construction and renovating company and cabinetry shop. Jeanette is involved with the Dutch Reformed Church, she volunteers at the school and is on the BIA of Norwich. Jeannette is currently the Chair of the Board’s Quality & Outcomes Committee and a member of the Executive & Governance Committee.

Bob is the retired Deputy Chief of Police from Sault Ste. Marie and recently relocated to the Woodstock area. Bob was a Board member for the Children’s Aid Society of Algoma for nine years where he held the position of Vice-Chair and Chair of the Finance Committee. He is currently a member of the Board’s Executive & Governance Committee and Chair of the Finance & Property Committee. Bob also sits as Chair of the Woodstock Fire Services Advisory Committee.

Dan retired as a Secondary School Principal in 2013 after working in the educational system for over 36 years. Mr. Molinaro held various positions throughout his career in education including teacher, guidance counselor, vice-principal and department head. Dan also possesses a vast amount of volunteer Board experience within the community. He has been married for over 45 years, has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Dan is currently the Past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Aid Society of Oxford County and a member of the Board’s Executive & Governance Committee.
